A Trip to Ipoh

On 3rd of May Saturday, we went out from home to Ipoh around 4:45pm because of my family members delay, some were working so need to wait them come back home first then only we can go out.

we arrived Ipoh almost 7pm, actually we were not suppose to turn in from the highway when there was the Ipoh signboard but simpangan Pulai,which is before Ipoh signboard because it ease us straight away to the destination i wanted to go, Jalan Gopeng.

After turned in from the highway, we were lost and asked for the direction from many people but most of also very blur that we can't understand whether they actually know the roads of the place, so we just simply round and round, damn frustrated with the road. we saw a police station then i tried to after the police for the direction to the Excelsior Hotel Jalan Abdul Jalil, one thing very funny was that i was just asking for the direction but they decided to bring us straight to the hotel, very nice of them, and we thought we were like Menteri or Datuk Datin, they switched on the siren some more, haha...

having checked in hotel, we went out around the area, going wherever since we do not know the road at all, luckily there was a night market that Prabu brought me to last year November, then we had Tauge Ayam at this restaurant. actually we wanted to Wong Kee. the restaurant beside Ong Kee but there was too crowded, so no choice. The foods was delicious especially tauge ayam, should try! KL does not have THIS delicious.

After the dinner, Ipoh Parade was our next destination, not many thing can see because quite late already, quite boring there compared to Jusco that Prabu brought me to last year, but we couldn't find it, when came to a crucial time he always says he wasn't there, haiz...

went back to hotel next, after took bath then i met with Simon, the committee member of KRI and Ming Kit, they say if i would find the starting point for race tomorrow definitely we will lost somewhere, because there were far away from our hotel, some more very late already almost 11:30pm, luckily we didn't, Simon decided to fetch me in the morning so i don't have to worry anymore.

After Settled this problem, we had our supper just in front of the hotel, we had asam laksa, rojak and sotong, wow! delicious!
