dream came true!

1 of my biggest dream came true as i have became 1 of der pacemaker network member but with a promise... i have to run even faster now & full of spirit, power & initiative. it is not easy to be known as pacemaker, in der context of dictionary, pacemaker means a competitor who, by leading a race, causes it to be run at a particular speed. so for me motivation & encouragement are der necessities in order for me to become more brilliant.

being a PM55, when translate 55 to cantonese, it mean 'fai fai' (fast), so when i got this number i said to myself, 55 becomes my faith & my slogan for every training & run. i have been running since 2005, can say not much improvement. like KLIM 2006 my timing was 2 hours 32 minutes, compared to KLIM 2008 timing even worse 2 hours 33 minutes. with this number i'll always remember that i have to improve at least 1 second in every training & race.

training with pacemakers is a wonderful experience for me, they motivate and teach me how to improve myself even faster instead of training alone. i become more passionate when running with them bcoz they have gone through tough tough training, moreover, they have experiences in running since many years. some of them are still new but they 'pia' like kok, i can say they are brilliant but hopefully i'll be 1 of them too...although i cannot pia that fast like them, now!...hehe...
