i did a good run today although my shoe still made me condemn but i still performed well and break my personal best. congratulation to ronnie & bee hoon bcoz they have recorded der fastest time.

this speed training was quite tough as it was der 1st time for me. i was so spiritual at der 1st few laps but in der middle i was exhausted, but der last few laps i was able to use my maximum speed. i m sure i can do better next time.

today my shoes kept giving me problem so i juz managed to finish with this timing, i stopped 5 times bcoz of my shoe. i should have double knotted it so it won't trouble me. only 11 second to hit my personal best. i'll try again on thursday, this time must 'pia' faster!
