considering my recent performance in all der races this year, i decided to join pacemakers for training at least once a week bcoz i really need a rapid improvement in running or else i'll be in der same level.
this is der 1st day i trained under der_pacemakers! training with a group of ppl instead of i m running alone, der feeling was very nice...as Ronnie told me running in a group gives me that kinda motivation & inspiration so why dun we run together? this is always true that i always run alone bcoz no 'kaki' to run with me. training with der_pacemakers is 1 of der great moments for me bcoz as they always say 'pia kau kau lat' (like to use these word liao! hehe), they always set der pace for themselves & they can run even faster throughout der race! sounds incredible right? 1 thing i learned from Ronnie was i must set a pace for myself eventhough i m feeling tired, no matter how tired i m, once i m left behind i can hardly catch them up, so follow der pace that der_pacemakers have set until i really cannot tahan only then i slow down.
besides improving my stamina, physical & mental strength, i get to noe more frenz as we group together, maybe this was der 1st time so i felt a bit 'pai seh', hehe...i hope to noe more frenz in their group later & also share der experiences with each other. 1 of my biggest dream is i wish i could be 1 of their pacemaker members! part of der pacemaker. sounds a bit greedy here, haha... hopefully my dream will come true 1 day...
