1 of der most suffering route bcoz it has a lot of up & down hills (reverse of last year's route) which required us to pia with all der power & stamina, almost wanted to fall down in der middle of der run! my legs getting tired & suffered with pain after few kilometers, my breath became harder & felt like wan to walk that time luckily i didn't, juz kept my pace going.
overall very enjoyed der race as it was very challenging. juz 15 seconds to dip into sub 55, amkan nia! well done to everybody especially hong with his 'black stallion' & he managed to do sub 55 minutes.
