i had not been running track run since 21st september this year, i had only had my practise 2 days b4 this competition arrived, most of der time i will be practising long run bcoz i want to concentrate more on der pacemakers network run.
der weather was absolutely hot where i guess eggs could also be boiled, i felt very tired and sleepy sitting under der heat, somemore UPM very confusing in finding only der studium.
b4 der 400m started, der stupid malay guy asked me to run slowly bcoz we definately would lose, der fella very 'kiasu' asked me not to run fast, bastard him! when 400m semifinal was started, everybody ran super duper fast until i almost could not catch up. luckily der last 20m i speed all der way to 'sayor' 3 fellas from behind bcoz they were slowing down. unfortunately i could not go into final round bcoz too tough for me.
same goes to 4x100m, i was der 1st to run. when der gun shoot off, i was like very pressure! running maximun speed towards my partner, but suddenly der african in 7th lane (i was in 8th lane) 'sayor' me from behind, speed like rocket! after passed my baton to other partner, i was suffering like kok, breath also very hard.
my last event was 800m, almost 6.30pm only started, that time i wanted to sleep liao, no more mood to run! since this was my last event of der day, i decided to my best. same thing happened everybody pia like rocket whereas i followed their back, kept in pace. when going for 2nd round, 300m to go i 'sayor' 2 fellas, 200m to go i 'sayor' another 3 fellas, most amkan was i nearly 'sayor' der african from behind in der last 50m, but he cinya 'kiasu', not letting me to overtake him, i think he heard my sound of my steps, at that time i was almost 'kong' liao!
seriously, i didn't enjoy this event much that i expected. one thing i didn't like der most was, supposely der organiser must restrict not to let foreigners to participate in this event especially africans, as it is considered as local event bcoz it wasn't fair to us as malaysian who had been practising so hard and some of them ended up with anger and disappointment. der organiser should have thought of der africans actually have advantages in all these, i mean better strength, stamina, and special speed etc. and all der private universities/colleages only care in raising their name up, not to consider raising our country's name up, this local competition! what a shame! it was not only juz few of them but a big big group of africans from different schools!
