PM55 / PM56 / PM14 / PM53i was totally out of form today, with 70% recovered from flu, cough, fever etc, i could only try my best to finish der race in expected time of 1 hour 10 minutes. i was coughing all der time while running, breathe very hard to get in more oxygen, very struggled! no doubt i didn't enjoy der run at all! der route was very hilly. my weakness is hills, when i was going up der hill i could juz slowly run up bcoz i don't have der ability to beat der hills with this kind of performance, not only that, i felt very scared to go downhills too bcoz i might get injuries easily so i dare not go very fast, somemore i was not really concentrate on der run bcoz when ppl running back i was so pressured. anyway, today race was absolutely jialat! no appropiate pacers for me to pace with bcoz i ran slower and slower, i could only see others overtook me juz like that. very regret to take part in this event as it has no milo and 100 plus, ppl had paid so much money for der event but they juz gave little things to der runners, pacesetters club became so stingy liao. hope i could recover fully by next week, need to concentrate more on my new year run!

PM55 / PM54 / PM53congratulation to prabu for getting champion in der track run! actually i should have gone for this event bcoz it is free registration, 1 thing not really good is, not many sponsor i guess. i felt very regret not taking part in this event! well, i will be taking part next year!
