yesterday ate a lot, luckily today i could wake up and run in der morning! patience is needed definitely when practise alone. der 3 loop i felt quite boring already, but promised myself to do 8 loops so no matter what i must complete 8 loops with no excuses although was moodless. very happy that i have made it!

running at 4pm afternoon absolutely a good experience but seriously i still couldn't take der heat yet, weather was so hot until almost wanted to fall down in der middle. i wanted to complete 4 loops as i drove all der way from my house to LG but my body still weak and lack of stamina. i guess i need to practise under der sun regularly so that i could gain double stamina. according to what ronnie said to me, there is always a barrier, if i could break der barrier, i will go up a level higher. my mistake was i didn't have patience and always stop until certain limit, also mental not strong enough, i was very regret too. when going for 2nd loop my rhythm and pace were gone. he added, when he ran der 2nd loop he also struggled and tired, he continued running until certain time he used to der heat and his speed became faster. this is what i should learn from him. 'saying' is easy but when comes to 'doing' is different thing! so i must have 'saying' & 'doing' from now on. next time when running under der sun, no matter how slow or running plus walking, 'die die' also must finish der entire course! i promise to myself!!!

Monday 26.01.09 Result:
74'30 - Ronnie See (5 loops)

34'35 - Wong Kei Ming (2 loops)
