i felt sorry to stanley who came and gave me a ride in der morning. i kept him waited for me and made him so 'kan cheong' while i was rushing for some assignment work.

since my mileage for this is only 11km, i decided to pace with ryan today since he is der 1 that i preferred who runs in slower pace. ryan's pace was quite comfortable for me which is almost 5 minutes per km, at der beginning seriously for me was slow but i have no choice to follow his backside tightly. thurai, who has not been training for long time also paced with us, until 3km he lost his pace liao, at der same time i overtook ghejan as well. ryan tried to pick up when i follow ryan closely, made me so suffered but still have to carry on following him. in der 5km mark, i thought there would be a water station for refreshment, however there was not! i was desperately wanted to have a cup of plain water b4 i could continue running. since there was no water station i juz bear until der finishing line only. at almost 7km, ryan suddenly pancit at der uphill, so i needed to run with myself and look for other pacer, immediately i saw farid, after a while he also pancit due to sick! a moment later i realised that was only last km to go, i increased my speed maximum, 1 indian guy chased me from behind and i was like chased by a dog! i did not let him to overtake me and no looking back. finally i crossed finishing line with my new PR!

i think i did a good run bcoz at der beginning i ran slow, later on i managed to increase my speed gradually without feeling too tired during der entire race except finishing. as a comparison with last few races, i ran fast at der starting, pancit in der middle! well, i was satisfied with der overall of this race, except there are something which organiser must take note of : please put at least a water station during der race! ppl thirsty like kok! 1 more is, i think it is not worth that runners paid 25 bucks without something taken back home, at least some light food is served so der runners think it is worth to pay this much of amount.
