i went out of my house by 5.45pm, der sky was getting darker and i was worry raining later at LG disturbing our progress for cr2, somehow it rained short while. i arrived Tapak A by 6.30pm, seemed it was no sign of stop raining, we had no choice to stayed inside der cars and wait for der rain to stop, however it did not! we dash into der space beside toilet, opened tables and did reporting for runners.
rain no so heavy at 8pm and it was almost stopped, we decided to flag off der race by 8.30pm sharp, in time between, i made sure everthing was going before der race started.
i did quite well in der 1st 4 loops, i started to feel cramp and pain on my feet in 5th loop, my entire body became weaker in der middle, i took refreshment in 8th loop, and continue with slower pace. disappointment came during 9th loop where my shoes got wet and became heavier, this caused my feet cramp and i had no choice to take off my shoes and run bare-footed, definitely not easy without any cushion at bottom of my feet, i wonder how Tan Wah Sing can run bare-footed, impressive and salute him! it was so painful especially running in der road side. 11th loop i walked all der way as i had no more energy to run anymore, exhausted! 1 more loop to go, ronnie asked me not to continue as i was extremely struggled, i insisted still wanted to finish it. i saw Rohaimy and walked with him der entire last loop at least got somebody to lift my spirit. i was more suffer than 30km i had done before and this was der worst 30km i did! what a race! my disadvantage came from rain.

u still did an impressive finishing time. i feel that u should slow down n take a break tis week to fully recover.
otherwise, u may not be able to conplete your course on actual race day. since this is your 1st full mara, do not put too much pressure and risk injury. can alway tryn a 2nd time. after all u are still young and time is not a factor.
