i had not been running last week (25th - 30th May 2009) after charity walk. i felt stitch on my left stomach so sudden, i decided to stop running for a week so that i could fully recover before catching up my lost mileage for der entire week.
on that week, i felt a lot of frustration and pain on my stomach even when i was walking, whether slow or fast, it happened so sudden, maybe bcoz of der over pushing during der charity walk and also lack of rest and sleep due to studying pressure, body too tired and less energy.
they had taekwondo test on friday, i went to my secondary school for help to give instruction to those who were having grading test. as a senior, i was quite disappointed with their result bcoz they were like taking their test without any preparation. after der test, i did my poomsae from taeguek 1 to taeback, my old injury came when i used right side kick caused pain on my left thigh.
hopefully i could recover fast so that i could cover lost of mileage next week.
