This Week Practise 10.06.09 & 11.06.09

today's result was more consistent compared to yesterday, followed der pace der uncle yesterday for der first 5 loops, he really had patience when running loops, when i was running der 3rd, i was oredi out of patience liao but i juz bear it and continued running, slowly i felt more comfortable with my pace. what i have learned today : patience! generate negative splits, i controlled my breathing very well today even though my timing was slower than yesterday.

today i ran with one uncle, he asked me to join him, while i was doing der 1st loop and he was doing his 3rd loop, ran with him at least not so boring, der pace for my 2nd and 3rd were quite fast bcoz he kept on speeding, i was quite tired when i speed with him in der 3rd loop, he stopped when i completed my 3rd loop. i kept on running with slightly slower pace since this was my recovery run, during der 6th loop, my mental started to give warning sign, however i did not give up, and i had covered der mileage i wanted.
