i started slow & smooth in der 1st 2km, i was very suffer during 6km mark, no more patience, no more power on my foot after that! everybody sayur me like kacang putih. once again, thanks Mr Lee for inspired me der last 500m, u are always my motivator. i think i need rest desperately. presssure and stress everywhere especially from der club! i don't think i can perform well in der following months. what can i do now??!

hi kei ming..its okey..try yr best next time..i think u need rest after a lot of race this month...yr muscle need rest..i know mybe yr spirit want u run..but body cannot..
da best way is recover yr muscle..swimming,cycling is da best way..
