Menu :
Badminton : this is one of my favorite sport since primary school, i have not been playing badminton for few months. strength, speed, skills, agility all gone! guess i need to practise again to regain all these.
Gym Workouts :
Bench Press
- 10kg x 15 x 3 sets
Leg Extension
- 5 lbs x 10 x 3 sets
Wide Grip Pulldowns
- 5 lbs x 15
- 4 lbs x 20
- 3 lbs x 25
Chest Fly
- 5 lbs x 15
- 3 lbs x 20
- 1 lbs x 25
it is certainly not easy after not been doing gym works for more than 2 years since i had stopped joining California Fitness. pushed very hard to complete all these workouts.
Swimming : this sport is more relax than 2 of der above, i enjoyed walking and swinging in der water, meanwhile, i could practise some of der styles in swimming too, eg freestyle, 'frog' style.
** after all der activities, i consumed 4 half-boiled eggs, hoping for rapid recovering. so that tomoro still can conduct der training. what a wonderful day!
