we were frustrated with der way to der destination, had gone through few times of tolls and unnecessary mileage, much petrol $$ was wasted juz bcoz of losing our way.
i had a good run today as i started smoothly, great pace in der middle of der race as chanthiran became my only pacer, my watch showed 23'11.94 in making u-turn, and during der water station my watch as well showed 24'57.67, for me that was der great pace i did, he lost pace after water station break, i told myself must remained in der same pace as i would be going tired soon. in der last 2km i was struggling in maintaining speed and started to slow down, i thought der distance was not going to be exactly 10k but more than that. so by average i still managed to PR (54'14.91 within top 50 approx. counted with exact distance of 11.13km) which was a great result and fantastic run for me. i was quite satisfied with all i had done. hopefully can improve better in future!
