4th Week Practise in January 2010

28.1.2010 @ Kampung Pandan Sport Complex @ 6.40am
20 Rounds Easy Run

happy to have baba pm2 to join me for der run, we talked all der way until 20 loops, at least better than running alone which i will feel boring. this is der last recovery run for sunday show.

100 hill (elevation 40 degree) x 5 & 7 storey staircase x 5

it was a tough tough day for me, having done 5 sets of hills with elevation of 40 degree, aiyo... already tired like jelly, so much suffer as i have not been training hill more than 2 weeks, somemore decided to go for staircase.

a great run today even though der field is even and difficult to run.
