a great 1st half pace set by kenny and rujhan, however their pace suddenly changed, they built a 150m gap from me. i really had to run on my own bcoz i was not able to follow them in 2nd half due to tiredness yesterday's training. somehow i did negative split which i was satisfied of.

i was surprise and happy that i could do 8 sets with stanley and ronnie. LFS could not tahan after 2 sets, meanwhile kenny and rujhan also could not make it to 8 sets. this was der most suffering training i have had ever in my life, i have never train so many sets with my weak body. actually i could not really go for 4th set, with der never give up spirit, i have finally broken der barrier. very enjoy today's training in a group.

absolutely physically & mentally tired without pacers to run uphills, but i had still done my best to dip into sub 1'55.00 in every set. in der end i made it!

i could still feel der tiredness after yesterday's gym workout, but i still did stairs training today. 3rd set my feet oredi like jelly, still had to tahan 5 sets.
i m satisfied despite being so tired recently.
