a little useful advice from ms julie... thank you!!!

great that u keep training with pm1. if u wanna improve your timing (which i believe you have the potential) you must not put too much pressure on yourself. 4get about breaking records for the time being.

free your mind and just run to the best of your ability. at the end of the day, your competitor is your ownself. when u put pressure onto yourself, your muscles will be tensed and u will lose the agility u needed to forge forward.

run with an open mind. visualise that u r a piece of paper or a feather or cotton. run with a smile always.

if u relook into the recording of running events of all the great runners, u will realise that all of them will have a big smile on their face at the last 100m or 200m just before the finishing line! thats the secret to their winning!

u got the potential, just lack experience."
