all bak kut teh around der table! messy...
result & photo from pm1...when der gun banged, everybody pia very fast especially der 1st row & 2nd row. i paced with der fast runner for der 1st few kilometers. they were getting faster & faster until i could not chase their backside. luckily i saw LFS in 3km mark, i felt comfortable to pace with him bcoz his pace was quite suitable for me (neither too fast nor too slow), but unluckily his shoes had given him trouble which need me to continue running alone & find another pacer to follow their backside. when came to der water station i felt like not going to slow down bcoz once i slow down i hardly get back my pace, therefore i increased my speed again. however my back of der left knee gave me trouble again, was struggling with pain but still continue running & didn't bother of it. after some time my pain had gone, i was very happy that i saw der stadium, at that moment my timing was below 1 hour, amkan thing was we need to go for another 1km (big round to der finishing line).
i did a great run today bcoz my timing has improved a lot compare to last time although could not dip into sub 1 hour. hopefully can do better for der coming races.
