i really hunger for sub 48 minutes for 4 loops of LG! dunno what was going wrong with me!!! amkan leh! poor performance today!!!!! have to make sure i'll do der best for this week klang run, hope can do sub 1 hour. congratulazionale to wern tian who has broken der record today!

i was in a good form today & had a great performance from as ronnie & kenny were pushing from behind, a little bit of pressure from them giving der spirit to run & to be patient. they were talking all der time giving my der advantage to overtake steven again during der 3rd loop. in der last loop ronnie was speeding & i was following until i really cannot tahan while kenny was pancit liao during last loop. tmr is der last day for me to PR this week, so i'll try my best again, hope can make it.

hi kei ming,

great that u keep training with pm1. if u wanna improve your timing (which i believe you have the potential) you must not put too much pressure on yourself. 4get about breaking records for the time being.

free your mind and just run to the best of your ability. at the end of the day, your competitor is your ownself. when u put pressure onto yourself, your muscles will be tensed and u will lose the agility u needed to forge forward.

run with an open mind. visualise that u r a piece of paper or a feather or cotton. run with a smile always.

if u relook into the recording of running events of all the great runners, u will realise that all of them will have a big smile on their face at the last 100m or 200m just before the finishing line! thats the secret to their winning!

u got the potential, just lack experience.

good luck in your klang run and see u there
