report :
1 of der difficult run today bcoz of hills. i was quite fast in der starting, wanted to get into top 20 was not easy, have to maintain der speed & pace. runners were running well today bcoz of battling for top 20. i was slowing down after 3km mark, after that not really concentrated oredi, breath faster and legs were getting tired! not in good form at der moment, almost no mood. when came to bandar puteri mart, i thought der finishing line was juz in front however we had to run another 1km, that struggled me a lot! almost dying in der end!
