stanley fetched me and chen kwok for der race today, due to yesterday's incident i was very frustrated with my luck, hopefully today has a better change of luck. arrived taman bukit jalil by 6.10am, had warmed up ourselves and prepared for der race. i still felt very tired bcoz of yesterday's race.
der race started officially at 7am, i was quite surprised that they gunned off without using any whistle or pistol to start off der race, der president of klang pacer, Mr SP Wong started off der race with his VERY LOUD VOICE counting, from 10 to 1. luckily i was lining up in der front row and managed to start pressing my watch on time, if not i would have been very confused.
der 1st few kilometers i was quite comfortable with my pace maybe i was still not tired, in fact i m a fast starter, when came to der 1st hill located at approx. 3km, i started to feel some tiredness on my thigh muscles. tiredness still joining me in der next few kilometers. i guess hills are der killing part for everybody, ups and downs really struggled me a lot, i used a fast speed when running uphills, i ran even faster when i was going down hills thats why i exhausted a lot energy.
i was slowing down gradually after water station due to lack of strength from my thigh muscles and exhaustion during yesterday's run. since i planned to have slow run today, so i juz got myself into comfortable zone and don't want to force myself bcoz i have been so tired this week. however i still struggled in hills bcoz i was very exhausted already, inside my body had almost nothing to burn, carbohydrates and lipids almost finished burning. der last 2km always der most difficult to finish it! b4 finishing we were still required to go through hills, last few hundred meters i saw walking uphill, i asked him to finish it, at that time i also wanted to pengsan liao! this is one of der most challenged race for me, although very tiring but really enjoyed today's run.
i had finally finished my race clocked 56 minutes plus, still far away from my personal best timing. hopefully can back into top form before standard chartered marathon, hmmm... still deciding on i should take 42km or juz 21km, according to my current performace, i think i still unable to take up der challenge for 42km. i dun hope to run + walk for der entire 42km thats why i m still scratching my head. hopefully i can make final decision before early bird registration.
MY LUCK HAS CHANGED!!!
yeah... my bad luck from yesterday has change to good luck today, very happy that i have won a hamper as luckily winner, hehehehe... remember to buy TOTO, 4D, Magnum today!!! 3364!!! my fantastic car number (stupid number instead)! have faith on myself this week i m going to win something, haha...
3364 = rolling until dead in der situation of alive! guess it is right! any comment??? kekeke...
bye bye!
