no more mood
no more energyi started very slow with adam bcoz many runners were in der front pack and very difficult to avoid der crowd. i tried my best to avoid der crowd so that i would not be stuck in der crowd. i showed my tired sign in 4th km, which i thought i was gradually lost my energy, since then i built gap with adam and ryan, and i was left behind. i have never let people sayur me so easily since i joined pacemakers, today i felt der pain of even slow runners can sayur me like kacang. i realised my watch stopped suddenly in der 8th km, double amkan! der finally hill was der killing part to me as i was really out of energy. it was a disappointed run again today for me, i cannot see any improvement in me already. i felt i have a big big barrier in my mind and cannot be broken in my mind. i really don't know what should i do now. i have been practising so hard but never seem to have anymore luck already this year.
