i was having fever since wednesday night after a day trip to genting highland, it was a great happy day going up there enjoying indoor and outdoor theme park together with kin man, and met chiu lin and his couple co-incidentally, we enjoyed that. however came back to KL, i felt something not going fine with me, i felt very weak with cough, cold, sorethroat, and fever as well. hopefully could recover before sunday. i still need panadol to cure my fever on saturday bcoz i still felt very bad.

luckily i still could run today with a not-really good pace, i felt very difficult to breath well due to cold, cough and sorethroat, but der training still carried on. i was so suffer during 4th set onwards, my stamina level dropped, and i still could feel der smell of der panadol rolling inside my stomach, that made me wanted to vomit. fortunately i managed to do total 6 sets, thanks to all pacers today.
