thanks to baba kelvin ng for coming to my house earlier and picked me up and support me.
most angry thing :
der tns fella stole my team members in 4x100m and 4x400m, so i got no more members. haiz... speechless...
most honour thing :
i was invited to join chap ayam team in 4x400m even we got 4th place.
more excited thing :
thurai, michelle looi and lian bee hoon joined me in mixed relay.
1st runner (200m) : michelle looi started very well and she kept in good pace to take der 1st lead.
2nd runner (400m) : lian bee hoon continued her superb run with consistent pace and finished strongly.
3rd runner (600m) : i was der 3rd runner who started fantastic in 1st 200m with super high speed to avoid der others, well maintained in next 200m, 500m mark, i began to feel tired and slowed down a bit, i realised der runner behind very far behind and start picking up, however der last 100m here came raymond who gave me cheer and paced me to der finish.
4th runner (800m) : thurai started not so well bcoz he had consumed a lot of energy in previous events, eventually overtaken by heswinder who is a track runner and der gap was almost 200m away, 100m to go, thurai struggled, we gave him cheer, luckily he did it.
result :
14.48 - 100m
66.00 - 400m
5'10.34 - 4x400m
6'50.00 - mixed relay
