i was glad that today's training has over, really suffered! i felt a great improvement compare to last time but i could see my inconsistency of me doing all sets. i need to improve more to be able to climb better. i was happy more frenz were joining us today. and was really enjoyed a swim with pm2 after der training.

today's weather was absolutely hot & dry. certainly difficult to maintain top performance. der 1st 3 were great it was tough because i could feel my throat getting dry. another 3 sets i really exhausted and tired due to this extreme condition. LFS came to der rescue when he joined me in der last 2 sets and my timing improved with pacer.
