after my working at taman OUG, i quickly rushed to kelvin's house and had a rest, had a fantastic pasta made by god dad, delicious! meanwhile to wait brother stanley to arrive and go there together.
we arrived there by 4.10pm, der sun still shining bright and it was very hot, almost exhausted. we park in der parking lot provided there. when i came down from der car i felt very hot and it was like burning my entire body. i could not imagine what would be happening when full marathoners started sharp 6pm.
yes, full marathoners started 6pm sharp, and it was still glaring. i looked at der runners, i felt so pity them, pay so much go and suffer at der afternoon. while had to wait for another 3 hours, i managed to find fauzan and fiona to have a talk, sharing experiences.
closed my eyes, time passed quickily, we went to der starting point, der mashall directed us to der place to collect our light which to be wear on forehead, i thought we did not need this to run so rushed back and kept it in der car. while having warmed up ourselves, i found meyya and sue who would be joining me for 10km run too. i was not planning to go all out, so i decided to set a pace to sue to follow, at der same time i need to reset my mind for a better races coming.
everybody so excited and always pushing once der official gunned off. i felt great in der whole race, i was happy to have a comfortable race pace running in der humid and hot day at cyberjaya today, set a great pace for sue to follow, finally she had got champion and i was happy for her even she was suffering pacing me. happy that she had a lot improved.
1 thing really don't like it der goody bag collection, der line didn't even move, i lined up there for almost 20 minutes, dunno how they do all these. anyway i enjoyed this race very much, and hopefully next will have it again.
