based on my timing today, i could see i was not recover fully, with this condition, i was quite satisfied with what i had done today. hopefully will get into top form this sunday. once again, thanks to gaby for inviting me for der training today, u guys did superb today together with shu wei and another fren.

According to Gaby's GPS, Permaisuri loop measured exactly 1.4km!

very happy i could run with gaby again, btw i was not fully recovered. still hope i could recover faster before klang pacer half marathon. at der beginning gaby already turbo liao, i was so struggled follow him, 2nd loop 2 of his frenz overtook me as well.
