i was happy that i created a PR for this tough route with full of hills and challenges. it was a rainy sunday and great to run, although it rained but training still carried on. 1st half was great having farid to pace with as well as der big group of runners. 2nd half was quite struggle bcoz der rain hit me very much, i wanted to run in der faster pace however it was not easy bcoz of rain, made my feet a lot heavy, but i still carried on and try to maintain my pace.
Result :
52'22.97 / 54'13.94 = 1'46'36.91 - PR!
