der best timing i have ever achieved for half marathon today at seremban half marathon, although it had a lot of ups & downhills, struggled with that too bcoz they said the route had changed. overall der run was well organised. at der beginning i ran very slow after that i increased my speed gradually. i have never thought of i could really do it with less than 2 hours, maybe it was juz under distance but i would say that i did a fantastic run today, very happy & satisfied with my effort. everything was going fine, der weather was nice, ppl were nice. :) besides, there were few performance such as singing & chinese lion dance.

today i met 2 new frenz: afad & e dan. afad was der 1 who inspired me during der last km but i couldn't hear that, sorry about that, but really appreciate ur inspiration! nice to meet u guys ^_^. not only that, i met der humorous man, kevin ng. der president of klang-pacer Mr. wong soon pin etc.
