this was der best relay so far i have had! we enjoyed it very much.
it was a super fast run for me today, i was der 1st runner, Renu 2nd & Prabu would be der 3rd, so der pressure ofcoz was on der 1st & der 3rd runners, der 1st runner certainly have to keep on track & pace with der crowd that was what i had done.
once der whistle was blown, all der runners pia kau kau lat like kok! till i couldn't really pace with some of them but i knew i could catch them up later bcoz i maintain my pace well & juz follow der runners who i could follow, i did manage manage to overtake 6 runners in der middle but in der last 500 meters, a veteran runner with green coloured klang pacer vest sayor me, damn strong until i wanted to lausai catching him, hehe...well quite satisfied with my performance today with sub 17 minutes timing, actually my target was sub 18 minutes but couldn't believe & surprisingly i ran super duper fast, thanks to Mr Ronnie super pia training & 'sin dan' inspirational motivation & encouragement. Mr Renu with a timing of 17 minutes while der pressure was on prabu but he did very well to keep us in top 10 position. thanks for der spirit of pia for der_pacemakers team! arrivederci! congratulazionale to Der Pacemakers Network KL to be champion again! hope 1 day i can become like u guys.
after der competition, prize giving ceremony was carried out at around 10am. while waiting for der ceremony we had chit chating, ,making new frenz, watermelons (我的美人) etc. enjoyed der moment very much bcoz everything thing is well organised. thanks for julie & der gang organised such a fantastic relay. hope b4 der end of der year, another relay coming, hehe...
