another bad day for me! both legs injured (right knee & behind der left knee). i wished i could still continue running after crossing der bridge during der 5km mark but my legs gave me a warning liao! if i continue running i might get a long term injury on both legs. i did not wan to take risk even though i wanted to complete der whole course. der injury came after last saturday's long run, my leg stil not strong enough & easily get injured. should have rest more b4 i went for today's training. juz pity!
