dying like hell!

what a tiring race for me today! i was running with injury on my left leg for der entire 10km, juz like orang cacat running on der street! haha.. anyhow i did a good run today, although was tiring but it is worth it! i saw suresh and sham pancit for der 1st time, hope they will be ok and back in good form soon. gaby and andrew are those very potential runners in future as they are improving very fast within a short time. well done to all my fellow friends!
