today has der most number of runners including beginners turned up for training, very excited of it! i asked everybody to follow me at least for 2 loops, however not even loop all beginners left behind liao except sue was ahead. kelvin stopped after 2 loops bcoz he felt too tired and i had to run my own. i passed kee in 3 and half loops and paced kenny for 4th loop,, after that he did not want to follow me already, i overtook sue for der last 600m and increase pace to finish. kenny was awesome today, after completing 4 loops and still can do extra 1 loop with 9'27. thanks datok yaziz for der vitagen and cookies! yummy!
