16th Annual Charity Walk/Jog/Wheel-a-thon : Approx. 5km (23'52.50 - 3rd)
der was as well delayed like yesterday until 8.00am after following matching for a round, very sien lar, this kind of small event always delay one. der race finally gunned off by 8.10am, everybody already used their turbo, but i juz followed without losing gap. ronnie, suresh, tan wah sing were already in der front pack. i only had chances to overtake as many runners during der uphill. i even ran faster during downhill to close gap between der runner in front. after approximately 3km, i met my God Dad, kelvin and he made a good pace for me so that i could continue maintaining my pace, thanks papa! i felt tired after used up a lot of energy yesterday, however i still managed to finish it with fantastic pace. again had to wait for der prize ceremony at almost 11.45am (3 and a half hours), really sien ah! anyway, we enjoyed these 2 days very much! once in a while lar!

KDU Hospitality 1 Malaysia Race : 5.25km (24'08.92 - 2nd)
der race was delayed to 8am due to der lousy taekwondo performances, der sun came out when der race suddenly started. i felt quite dry running along der road, but bcoz of my team, i had to go all out to get der top position. suresh made a fantastic pace for me throughout der race, thanks very much! i was tired after u-turn back and had to continue with a similar pace. overall i did very well and satisfied! however, der prizes for all positions were der same, lousy plastic gold medals, and nothing else, but for women, they had necklace. what is this organiser?!!
a team who is doing 'national duty', haha..
