from my split time as i can see, my weakness is still my physical, i think still need to build up more strength, as in 2nd loop i did pretty well following tight with ronnie. however i lost gap in 3rd loop by almost 200m because i felt very tired on my feet after that. second weakness is mental strength, obviously i do not have patience and always want to run in a high speed, but i never know this always will not help improving. after losing gap 400m in 4th loop, i could only remain the same pace like in 3rd loop and unable to run any faster. i could have done below 45 minutes if i have more power and patience, i realised that physically and mentally strong help me a lot during the race, for me i do not need to run loop always to improve myself because i must not ignore other type of training.
